The Corona virus is active in the Faroe Islands again, and as a preventive measure visitors are not allowed to enter SEV premises
All SEV employees are being tested and have been asked to work from home if possible. In those cases where working from home is not an option, isolation and special workschedules have been re-introduced.
All travel activity and courses were cancelled in March, and meetings are still to be virtual.
“As the national electricity company, we carry out services are the backbone of nearly all activity in the Faroese society. We do not take this responsibility lightly and therefore, it is imperative that we take all necessary precautions", said Hákun Djurhuus, Managing Director of SEV.
